Our policies ensure that every candidate experiences a safe, fair, and reliable exam environment. As an authorised Pearson centre, we strictly adhere to all Pearson Testing Regulations, including identity verification, security protocols, and exam integrity standards.

Our Services

Identification Requirements

All candidates must present valid, government-issued photo identification, such as:

  • Passport

  • National ID

  • Driver’s license (where applicable)

For IGCSE and A-Level candidates, the name on the ID must match the name used during registration.

No candidate will be allowed to test without proper ID.

Exam Arrival & Check-In Procedure

Candidates must arrive at least 30 minutes before the exam start time for:

  • Identity verification

  • Digital photo and signature capture (if required by Pearson)

  • Secure locker assignment

  • Instructions from the invigilator

Late arrivals may not be admitted according to Pearson regulations.

Security & Personal Belongings

To protect the integrity of all examinations:

The following items are NOT permitted inside the testing room:

  • Mobile phones

  • Smart watches

  • Bags or purses

  • Notes, textbooks, or study materials

  • Electronic devices

  • Food or drink (unless medically approved)

All belongings must be stored in the provided secure lockers.

Candidates who violate security protocols may have their exams voided and reported to Pearson.

Allowed Materials

Only materials specifically approved by Pearson may enter the testing room. Depending on the exam, this may include:

  • Non-programmable calculator

  • Approved pencils and pens

  • Ruler or geometry set

  • Mathematical table (if permitted)

  • Water bottle without labels (if permitted)

All materials are checked by the invigilator before entry.

Behavior & Exam Conduct

Candidates must maintain a quiet and respectful environment. Misconduct includes:

  • Talking to other candidates

  • Cheating or attempting to cheat

  • Leaving the room without permission

  • Using unauthorised materials

  • Creating disturbances

 

Misconduct will be documented and reported to Pearson immediately.

Rescheduling & Refund Policies

Pearson exams follow strict guidelines.

For most Pearson qualifications:

  • No rescheduling is permitted after the registration deadline.

  • No refunds will be issued if a candidate fails to appear for the exam.

  • Emergency cases may be reviewed with supporting documentation.

Candidates should confirm all test dates carefully before registration.
